Crock pot Smothered Pork Chops

  • 0.5 Onion
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.5 Cups Beef Broth
  • 6 Pork Chops
  • 21 Ounces cream of Mushroom Soup

Instructions 6 steps

  1. 1 Place 6 boneless pork chops in the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot.
  2. 2 Place 8 ounces of mushrooms and 1/2 a sliced onion are top of the pork in the crock pot.
  3. 3 In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of beef broth. 2 tsp of garlic, 1 tsp of paprika and 1 tsp of pepper.
  4. 4 Pour this mixture into the crock pot.
  5. 5 Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the pork has an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  6. 6 Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.
